Description

This beautiful and rare antique German handmade paneled onionskin marble (circa 1870-1910) is lovely to behold. It has a clear base glass with two panels of pink and white and two panels of blue and white stretched from pontil to pontil on the surface of this fantastic marble. In the center is a black core. It measures approximately 13.92 mm or 0.55 or 35/64 inches in diameter from pontil to pontil. It is in near mint condition with a history of polishing, as seen in the photographs. It would make an excellent prize in any collection.
