Description

Here’s a lot of six beautiful and HTF Vitro Agate Helmets, all measuring approximately 5/8″ in diameter. These striking marbles are among the favorites of all Vitro Agate collectors. On a transparent colored or clear base, one hemisphere contains an opaque patch over which a colorful band (the “strap”) connects one side of the transparency to the other. This band is usually red or orange, occasionally even yellow, pink or blended. One of the marbles in this lot is a rare hybrid – a type I have never seen before (top center.)  It has an orange strap and a green transparency, and in the green hemisphere is another strap, offset to the first, in oxblood! In addition, this marble and three others all glow brilliant neon green in blacklight (UV.) These striking Vits are all in at least mint minus condition, and would make an excellent addition to any Vitro Agate or vintage marble collection.
