Gorgeous Blue and Yellow Popeye with strands of blue also in the yellow that gives the illusion of green where the white meets the yellow. CONDITION: MINT 9.6 Pristine, wet shiny surface with no sign of play or wear of any kind. There is one slight smooth-edged depression from an air bubble near the surface.
